The nearest golf course is La Torre Golf at Polaris World, a 5 min drive, Mosa Trajectum golf course & El Valle are
10 mins drive, Roda Golf course is 12 mins drive and La Manga Club golf course is 40 mins drive. There are at least 12 courses within a 30 min drive. Please contact owner for details.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, wc and separate shower. Family bathroom with shower wc, bidet.
Kitchen: Large kitchen fully equipped, hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, filter coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: 25ft lounge diner, 3 sofas, 3 coffee tables, wide screen TV Satellite, DVD, PlayStation, HiFi, Dining Table etc.
Other: Travel cot. No smoking inside the villa.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen/maid service: Towels and linen provided, except beach and pool towels. Pool cleaned weekly. Gardens maintained monthly. Weekly maid service if required at an additional cost.
Notes on accommodation
This is our 2nd Home so availability is limited as we pop out every other month and as so is totaly home from home with everything you would expect in your own home, suitable for children, air-conditioning/heating in all rooms. Dell laptop with broadband internet and Skype phone, tom tom sat nav for your car with local attractions/beaches/shopping loaded, ipod idock, 32" wide screen TV DVD player with plenty of DVDs, gas BBQ plus much more.

Accessibility
Two small steps from patio to the terrace. Villa all one level.
Outside
The large private pool has a large patio area with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The villa is totally private with a wall surrounding the plot and access via electric entry gates to the large driveway. The villa is close to the calm shallow waters of Mar Menor which is a natural lagoon making it ideal for children and young families. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are beautiful and steeped in history. The Cathedral in Murcia is well worth visiting. For golf lovers you are only 5 minutes from Polaris World's 18 hole golf course and 15 minutes from Roda golfs 18 hole course.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 15 mins away at Santiago de la Riberia and Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor, which has 73km of beaches. The Mediterranean beaches are 20 mins drive away.
Travel
Murcia and San Javier airport 20km, 15 min drive, Alicante airport 100km, 1 hour drive. Car hire essential.
Distances
Balsicas 9km. La Manga 57km. Mar Menor 25km. Murcia 27km. Cartagena 45km. Torrevieja 43km. Lo Pa-gan salt flats renowned for therapeutic mud (Mar Menor) 27km.
Further details
The nearest supermarket is in La Torre resort (Polaris World) 5 mins, large Mercadona in St Javier 15 mins. There is a hypermarket Dos Mares on the N322 20 mins drive which provides greater choice with fresh food. The nearest bar/restaurant Valle Del Sol is at the junction of the F13 and C3319, 5km away, more in La Torre 1.5km and a very good Indian and Chinese 5km. The nearest Medical centre and post office are in La Torre, and the nearest banks are in La Torre and Balsicas. There are more restaurants in Roldan village 10 min away including a very nice family run pizza/pasta place.
Murcia City offers plenty of shopping including Primark, Zara, even Ikea, also has a Water Park & Wildlife Park.
